4. Payment and Cancellation Policy

- Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payment via Zelle, Venmo, Bank Transfer, (credit cards coming soon).

- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session to avoid being charged the full session fee. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full session fee.

5. Refund Policy

All payments for Services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a session, please contact us to discuss potential remedies.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions. However, confidentiality may be breached if required by law or if there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others.

7. Disclaimer

The Services provided by Lifestylist Life Coaching are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results, and you are responsible for your own progress and success. Life coaching is not therapy, and we do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifestylist Life Coaching, including its representatives, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifestylist Life Coaching, including its representatives, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services or your violation of these Terms.
